The company's Mandalay Sports Entertainment has ownership stakes in franchises including the Las Vegas 51s, the Dayton Dragons,the Hagerstown Suns, the Erie SeaWolves and the Frisco RoughRiders.
Founded in 1995, Mandalay Entertainment is led by former Columbia Pictures head Peter Guber.
